I would like to thank all at the GRABWeb support center. You folks have been wonderful. For nearly ten years I managed an operations and support center for the state of South Carolina, so I know what a tough tough job it is. I hear managers I work with now talk about a stressful job. I tell them, go downstairs and work the support center for ONE day, then come back and talk to me about stress.

Needless to say I know a tiny bit about what it takes to run a successful support center. I know when I'm getting excellent service too. The center at GRABWeb has responded most admirably.
