| What operating systems do you use ? We use Redhat Enterprise for Linux Hosting and Windows 2008 Server for Windows Hosting. |

| Can I access and update my website through FTP 24 Hours a day ? Yes. You can access FTP service anytime of the day, and can make any number changes. |
| Are any e-commerce solutions available or included ? Yes, we offer many popular Shopping carts, which can be installed automatically through the hosting control panel. |
| Do you support music/video Streaming ?Unfortunately, music/video streaming is not supported on our shared hosting accounts. |
| What domains can be hosted on Grabweb Servers ? All ! Any type of domain with any country extension can be hosted on our servers. |
| How often are technical support representatives available ? Technical support representatives are available 9AM to 8 PM IST via phone. However, our online live chat is manned for 16 hours during the weekdays. |
| Do you support FrontPage extensions ? Yes, all our Windows Web Hosting Plans support Frontpage Extensions. |
| What is your policy on spamming ? We practice Zero-Tolerance policy in case of spam. Anyone found sending unsolicited or unwanted emails (SPAM) from our servers will have his/her account suspended / deleted. |
| Where can I read your company policies ? You may read our Terms of Service in our Company Section. |
| What name will appear on my credit card statement ? EBS*Grabweb, is the name that will appear on your credit card statement for our charge. If you paid via net banking it should show up like “E-Billing Solutions” |
| What currency do you bill in ? By default the billing currency is “INR” (Rs) |
| Can I upgrade / downgrade my account in future ? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime, just open a ticket at https://manage.grabweb.in and we will do the needful for you. |
| How do I cancel my account ? You may request cancellation of your account at any time by opening a ticket at https://manage.grabweb.in. Your account will be cancelled and the recurring billing stopped.A separate confirmation email by payment processor shall also be sent at your email address. |
