Will it be possible to restore backups?
Yes, we can restore Backups as and when required. Since it is a managed solution you will not be able to restore the backups at your level for security reasons.
Can I upgrade my plan later without loosing data ?
Yes you can start with the smallest plan now. Try & Test the server and once you are fully satisfied, you can upgrade anytime without loosing data.
